Q: What do I need to attend a Web-meeting or webinar?

A: All you really need is an internet connection, a microphone and audio speakers (most people use a combined microphone/speaker headset). If you are a presenter or are attending a web-meeting and desire videoconferencing capability you must also have a webcam.

You can purchase a headset for around $8 and a webcam for around $20 at amazon.com
