Resources for Students and 'under 30 somethings'

MHAV will be hosting an eight week WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) class/peer support group just for students! Contact Curt White (curt.white@mhav.org) for more information.

I struggled with mental health issues throughout my college career. Do you feel isolated by the stigma surrounding mental health issues? Frustrated with school administrators and policies? Frustrated with school medical resources? Frustrated with academics? Issues related to sexual assault? I have either recently dealt with these things myself or know people who have recently dealt with them.  If you would like to speak with someone about mental health issues in an academic environment I would be glad to talk with you or find someone else who can help.      ~ Curt White (curt.white@mhav.org)
